The service is good but I think the printing quality could be a bit better. Sometimes it's clear that the digital photo has much better original quality than what you get in the printed picture. Still, the quality is quite descent. Sometimes collecting your order takes time even if you pay in advance (by the way, you get a 3% discount if you do) because oftentimes trainees are at the counter. If you order non-expedite printing (which is due to 24 hours) they will make sure it takes almost that amount of time before executing your order, don't expect it to be completed earlier!

Pencil always keeps the brand of quality and responsibility for its products. Once during the whole time I did not like the quality of the photo album (there were a lot of dark colors), I turned to the main manager, the album was immediately reprinted and the issue was settled.

For many years I have trusted printing photos only with a pencil. Color spectrum, brightness level. Photos have been framed for years and do not fade. The only thing that is not convenient is to go to pick up in the Capital. But, the quality is worth it.

Everything is cool! I was printing photos for the first time, I was pleased with the mode of operation and service. I uploaded the photos through the editor (if anything, it's faster) and while I was driving, they were already printed out. Along the way, there was a problem (on my part), but I got a call and as a result, I got what I wanted. They showed life hacks on the spot when working in the editor. It's worth thanking Maria for all this, in my opinion the girl's name is??. And now the discount has arrived. Cool, cool!

Convenient service! Most of all, I like the ability to send to print online. I send it online and pick it up on the way home a day later. I printed photos from them in the format of books and magazines, posters, patterns, notebooks, stickers - everything is always without problems and high-quality.
