Recently ordered a photo print (376 PCs), but there were some difficulties (not all photos loaded to the server), I was contacted by consultant Andrew politely explained everything, suggested solutions. Took control of my problem and when it resolves, called back and said that all is well, the order is accepted and will be ready soon! Thank you very much! A pleasure to deal with such people! Photo received the next day (the pickup point in the town of Soligorsk), all right, the quality, quantity - meets!) And very pleased that when paying via SSIS, receive a 3% discount - a very nice bonus, especially if you find it easier to pay using SSIS and not to pay cash on the spot))) In General, some pluses!!! I'm your regular customer forever !)

I used the services of a Pencil back in the days when there was only a pick-up point in Minsk, then the order was sent to me by mail. I've always been satisfied. I like that you can create your own project yourself, which will be printed out later. I created albums, chose a suitable layout and created))) In general, I really like the work of the center. Now there is a pick-up point in Brest, which is much more convenient and cheaper.

Printed photo book - all excellent quality and shipping. Of wishes: to do cheaper shipping to make more flexible the choice of templates in the preparation of photo books (on different pages you could select any number of photos).
