"I ordered a book as a gift. I made up the layout myself and sent it through the website. There was a slight confusion with the callback, but overall the order was completed perfectly. The text was printed on thick paper, sewn into a hardcover, and a laminated sticker was made on the cover. The recipient of the gift was very pleased, rereads it sometimes and brags to his friends.
