In general, everything is normal: cultured and pleasant staff. Operational work with clients who are located right in their premises, One of the things they didn't like was the sluggishly organized work with orders that are sent via email. I had to print out a large document, sent it by e-mail, called the staff, asked if there would be a dock. ready in 30 minutes, so as not to stand and wait. They said that everything would be fine. But in fact, after half an hour, they didn't even start printing it. I had to stand with them for another 10 minutes. And this despite the fact that they had practically no visitors.

About delivery
This is not the first time I have applied to Pencil. Everything is always at the highest level. But today I needed a photo very urgently. I came to the closing and it is logical that my order has already gone the next day.. after my request, the operator girl fulfilled my order. Thank you very much, Yulia Dadychenko! I ordered the printing and firmware of the thesis in 4 volumes. I made an order through the website. The work was completed as quickly and efficiently as possible, and the finished work was quickly delivered to a remote region. We consulted over the phone on how to break down the project into parts and select printing parameters that would reduce the order price. Polite staff. Only pleasant impressions.
