How is the binding performed on the screws

When binding with decorative bolts, a block of pages is pre-drilled in our center to create holes. The pages are then tightened using metal bolts. It is important that the bolt size matches the thickness of the block — this guarantees the aesthetic appearance of your brochure or book. The minimum thickness of the block that can be fastened is 3.5 mm, the maximum is 10 mm. Depending on the size and thickness of your product, we can use two or three or four bolts for secure fastening. Bolted binding is a fast and efficient process that takes from 10 minutes in our printing house. We also take care of the availability of bolts of various sizes in stock to meet the needs of our customers.

Advantages of bolted binding

One of the main advantages of this method is the ability to easily replace and supplement pages. This can be useful in the following cases::
  • for sellers of materials, when it is necessary to supplement or change the availability of samples. The single-screw binding of the sample folder in the corner allows you to view the samples by pushing the desired sheet aside from the binding.
  • for cafe and restaurant owners, when changing the menu with a screw binding, you can add or remove unnecessary pages when they should not be on the menu.
