"Did you print wedding invitations, is Anna an ideal employee?? She helped me, patiently waited for me to save and reset the files, offered to make a crease on the covers herself, helped with the choice of paper and color, cut all the invitations and looked for envelopes from the leftovers all over their printing center! Just great service, I felt like an important customer and it's very valuable, especially considering that these are not just a4 sheets on offset paper, but invitations for such an important day) I'm a designer (I made the invitations myself) and it's important to me that they understand me and realize my idea, and everything worked out!

Excellent work on print quality, customer interaction, and project execution speed. I'm ordering in Pencil for the first time, the project was quite diversified, so I was pleased with the variety of templates, samples, execution formats, an intuitive editor without bugs when saving, and of course, a discount for a beginner :). I would like to mention the professionalism of the operator of the N3 Urban Julia service center, her competent advice, effective tips, involvement and caring, as well as direct assistance in the implementation of my creative ideas. I ordered a custom postcard, I thought that the print quality would not be very good, after all, the necessary files are downloaded simply through the browser, and not the file in its original quality. But what was my surprise when I received my postcard and everything I was afraid of was in excellent quality. Now I will apply for any seal here.

Everything went very well! Fast order processing, prompt execution (even less than a day). It took a little while to find my postcard in the center, but that's okay. But it turned out to be very beautiful and high-quality!
