Materials and technologies for printing UV DTF stickers

• Film A (UV Printing Film): Transparent self-adhesive PVC film on which an image is applied using UV ink. It provides clarity and saturation of colors, including white and transparent elements.
• Film B (Lamination film): A protective transparent film that is applied over an image for added durability and a glossy or matte finish. Lamination increases the stickers' resistance to external influences and gives them an aesthetic appearance.

• Preparation of the layout (independently or with the help of our designers): creation or adaptation of the layout to the requirements of UV DTF printing (if white and/or varnish printing is required , separate layers for white and/or varnish must be created in the vector file. For each of these layers, you need to specify a fill with arbitrary but different colors with a density of 2%.)

1. Degrease the surface

Use an alcohol solution or a specialized degreaser. This will help to remove impurities that may interfere with high-quality bonding.

2. Wipe dry

Use a lint-free cloth to wipe the surface dry. This will also help to avoid fibers getting on the sticker and ensure better adhesion.

3. Cut out the sticker with scissors

It is recommended to cut out the sticker with a small margin around the image to make it easier to work with it.

4. Peel off the paper backing

Gently remove the white part of the backing without damaging the sticker itself.

5. Attach the sticker to the surface

Carefully position the sticker in the right place. Make sure that it is aligned and lies flat.

6. Smooth out the sticker

Gently swipe your fingers over the sticker for about 5 seconds. This will help to remove possible air bubbles and prevent dislocations.

7. Remove the mounting film

Carefully peel off the transparent mounting film: Start from one corner and gently pull the film. Do this slowly, make sure that the sticker does not separate.
