For additional image protection, lamination can be applied, which increases the service life, protecting the product from the adverse effects of the external environment.
Oracal colored self-adhesive films allow you to create high-quality one- and two-color labels or pictures. Such films retain their shape, brightness and attractive appearance for a long time.

A reliable, solid foundation
Printed or cut-out images are glued onto plastic (thickness of 2 mm or 4 mm, depending on your choice). The material ensures the strength and stability of the finished product. If necessary, the stickers can be used without a base — for direct application on flat surfaces, including walls, doors, glass and other materials in your facility.

Convenient mounting

Without fastening - when ordering a plate, you can choose "without fastening" and fix the product to the surface in any way convenient for you, for example, with self-tapping screws or glue.
Double-sided adhesive tape - you can glue the label to the surface on double-sided (volumetric) foam tape. At the same time, the following conditions must be met for reliable fastening (so that the adhesive tape does not peel off and the sign does not fall off):
1. The surface on which the plate is mounted must be flat and smooth.
2. The surface must be degreased and dried before installation.
3. The plate must be glued at an ambient temperature of at least +10 ^° C.
4. The plate must be used in stable climatic conditions in the temperature ranges of +10...+30 ⁰ C and relative humidity of 40 – 70%
Attention: if one or more of these conditions are not met, we do not guarantee the reliability of the plate mounting.

The maximum dimensions of rectangular plates are 1.58 x 3.05 m (the plastic used as the base is 3.05 x 2.03 m, the maximum width of printing on self—adhesive film is 1.58 m, length is 50 m)
Maximum dimensions of plates with curly plastic cutting: 0.9 x 1.4 m
The minimum size of the plates on plastic is 5x10 cm.

Almost all fire signs and signs have dimensions regulated by GOST 12.4.026-2015, which cannot be changed in order to avoid problems with regulatory organizations. The most commonly used sizes are 100x100 mm, 150x150 mm, 200x200 mm or 300x300 mm.
